The latest releases of mobile phones have all been focused and targeted at the younger crowd. But Ximax has not forgotten about the folks of the older generations and the need for a mobile phone suitable for them. This inspired the creation of the Ximax E38. The Ximax E38 mobile phone features functions that aid older consumers. Let’s take a look at those functions. The first thing you will notice is the size of the keypad. There is no way you can miss the huge keypad that is installed on the mobile phone. The reason this abnormally large keypad is integrated here is to ease those with deteriorating eyesight as the numbers and symbols on the keypad are made larger. In addition to that, it feels really comfortable dialing numbers or typing text messages on this large keypad even for regular sized fingers. You will also notice that there is no D-Pad on this mobile phone. Although at the beginning I had trouble figuring out how to scroll through the menu list, I realized the mobile phone utilizes the volume rocker for scrolling.Ironically though, although the keypad was extremely large, the Ximax E38 mobile phone had and exceptionally small CSTN display that only measured 1.74 inch which felt really weird considering that it is targeted at the older crowd. You will soon realize that with the mobile phone’s basic functions, the Ximax E38 has little use for a larger display. At the beginning I was wondering if a small display would mean I would have to deal with shrunken text and numberings. However, the Ximax E38 mobile phone has customized its user interface to have enlarged text and numbers and the display is placed horizontally instead of vertically to ease the view on the screen. For a basic phone like the Ximax E38 that has a basic rectangle design with rounded edges, its rubbery finish gains the mobile phone extra points, as the mobile phone feels really good in the palm and there is less probability that it slips out of your hand by accident. I am not sure though if this mobile phone has been taken by any phone service providers to be included into any of their prepaid cell phone plans.True to its design for older consumers, the Ximax E38 mobile phone comes with other features that would be useful to them. It comes with a hearing aid function for those with hearing problems. All you need to do is to plug in the earpiece that is provided into the mobile phone via the 3.5mm audio jack and press the hearing aid or radio shortcut key. Users will get a clearer conversation the mobile phone as well as music off your favorite radio station. Of course since I didn’t have any hearing impairments, I really couldn’t tell how well that particular function worked. The FM radio on the mobile phone comes with auto and manual search and it allows you to save your favorite channels on preset. For emergencies, there is and emergency call button which will make a call with just a hit of the button. This requires you to set the number you would like to call in case of emergencies. Just go to the settings menu and set the number in alarm call setting. When you get stuck in a dark environment, the Ximax E38 mobile phone also has torchlight function to go with. Just press the camera shortcut button and the light will be turned on.The Ximax E38 mobile phone comes with an integrated VGA camera which might not give you the best quality pictures but for a basic phone it should do the job. Because there are no directional buttons or a zoom button, you can zoom digitally using the volume rocker or the “2” and “8” button. Brightness can be adjusted using the “4” and “6” button. There is also a function called digital magnifying glass which as its name suggested, acts as a magnifying function so people can check things much closer. By sliding the magnifying button down you will enable the mobile phone’s camera to magnify objects and words for a clearer view. This mobile phone is definitely not built or designed for the youth market. However, for users who are of the older age group which might have some visual and audio impairment, this mobile seems to be made just for them. It is simple to use and has basically almost every feature that older users might want.

The Story: SELLING COMBS TO THE MONKS ===================================

There was one company manufacturing combs which intends to expand its business and so the management wanted to employ a new Sales Manager. The company ADVERTISED the vacancy in the newspaper. If only you could give them a gift, this will surely elate them. I told him that I have a bulk of combs here and ask him to endorse on the combs as a present to those visit here. He was very delighted and straight away ordered 1,000 pieces."

End of Story --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MORAL OF THE STORY: HARVARD UNIVERSITY had done a research that says:-
1) 85% of success is due to attitude and 15% is capability.
2) Attitude is more important than intelligence, specials skills and luck . In other words, professional knowledge only constitutes 15% of success of a person and 85% is due to self-cultivation, public relation and ability to adapt.

Still remember the story of Selling Shoes to Africans?
When 2 Salesmen were sent to that continent, one of them remarked: Can not do it. No one wears shoes there? The second saleman said: It is good to market. A lot of opportunities. Success and Failure is dependant on how we face problems.

My dear friends , Do you know eagle lives up to about 70 of age? But when it reach 40, its claws start to age and can not grab the preys. It also can not fly as well. So, it is time for the eagle to make a choice; wait for death or goes through a renewal process. If it choose to live, it must try its best flying to the top of the hill where it will stay for 150 days. There it will rub its feather against stones so that they will drop off and wait for new ones to grow. When the feather has grown enough which takes about 150 days, it will continue its balance of 30 years life.

Dalai Lama used to say: If you only have smooth sailing in life, you will be weak. Teething troubles helps to shape you up so that you have the gut to resolve problems . Though the world is undergoing financial turmoil, we still must greet our future with optimism. My dear friends, make your vow and build a better tomorrow .

Remember: When economy is good, there are also people going bankrupt. When business is bad, there are new millionaires produced as well.
So, apply now the 85% right working attitude fully. All the best!
